A driver – traveling on County Road-462 in Sumter County – died after authorities say he lost control and landed on Intersate-75 from an overpass.

Troopers said a man was killed when he stepped into the path of an oncoming tractor-trailer just south of the Clark Road exit on I-75 south in Sarasota.
